HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Booking a time slot – Choose a convenient time for your consultation

2. Confirmation & questionnaire – After receiving your booking confirmation, you’ll also get a questionnaire to fill out. This helps us tailor the consultation to your needs.

3. Consultation - Join the one-hour online session via Zoom at the scheduled time.

4.Outfit sets - I’ll create 20 outfits for you, which will be sent within five working days after the online consultation via ZOOM.

5. Approval and shopping list - Once the outfits are approved, you’ll receive a personalised shopping list with links to purchase online. Up to 3 updates of this list are included, to be completed within two weeks after receiving your outfit board.

6. Ongoing support - Feel free to contact me with style questions for the next two weeks.

7. Follow-up - After the consultation, we’d love to hear your feedback in a short review.

NOTES:

• Prices shown include VAT.

• Exclusively online service, provided in the available time slots.

• We allow up to 3 rebookings of the scheduled online consultation. Further time changes will be charged with extra 20% of the innicial price.

• All rescheduling or cancellations must be requested at least 24h in advance.

• Not participating in the scheduled consultation without notice is considered a completed service (non-refundable).
