The e-shop features premium while also providing online consultations for style guidance and wardrobe updates. Soon, DAMMOS will introduce an online learning platform with video tips, product tutorials, and styling advice.
Our e-shop offers a curated selection of quality beauty and wellness products, including mineral makeup from jane iredale, hair and body care from Löwengrip, and supplements from VitaYummy.

Yes, we carefully select products that are skin- and earth-friendly:
- jane iredale: A certified cruelty-free cosmetics brand, recognized by Leaping Bunny and PETA, with many vegan and wheat-free options. For a complete list of products that may contain animal or wheat-based ingredients, please refer to the product information on our website.
- Löwengrip: All products are vegan, except for the Sleeping Sensation Hydration Mask and Pixie Dust Hairspray. Löwengrip products are cruelty-free and EU-compliant, with minimal use of silicones for hair care.
- VitaYummy: 100% vegan products in the burgundy universe, while the turquoise collagen products contain animal gelatin.
If an item is out of stock, you can fill out our contact form or send an email to info@dammos.com to check for availability. If the product can be restocked, we’ll reserve it for you and notify you to complete payment before shipment.
Yes! Soon you’ll be able to purchase consultations as a gift, or you may order a gift coupon. For now, please reach out to us at info@dammos.com for more details.
Yes, as long as you have a reliable internet connection, there should be no problem booking a consultation. We currently offer consultations in English, Lithuanian, and Polish and ensure a smooth process for clients across the European Union.
Orders & Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Lithuania. We are considering adding Italy as an additional shipping option in the future.
We accept Apple Pay and credit card payments.
Consultations & Services
Simply choose your preferred service and time slot on our website, complete the payment, and wait for confirmation (usually within 24h). Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Zoom link by email.
If an in-person option is available on the service page, you can book it the same way as online — just select the service, time slot, and complete the payment. You’ll then receive confirmation with details about the meeting place.
Alternatively, you can request a live consultation by email at info@dammos.com, and we’ll arrange the details individually.
Your booking is confirmed only after you receive our email confirmation. Payment alone does not guarantee a time slot until it’s approved. If, for any reason on our side, we cannot complete or need to reschedule your consultation, you will be offered a refund or an alternative time.
Yes, you can reschedule up to 3 times free of charge if you let us know at least 24h in advance. Further changes will add a 20% fee.
Cancellations made with at least 24h notice are fully refundable. Cancellations later than 24h before the appointment, or no-shows without notice, are considered completed services and are non-refundable. We understand that life happens — if an emergency arises, please let us know and we’ll do our best to find a solution or reschedule your appointment.
Yes, full refunds are issued if you cancel at least 24h before your scheduled time.
Yes. Free consultations can also be rescheduled with 24h notice. However, if you miss a free consultation without informing us, you’ll lose eligibility for future free consultations.
If you’re late, your consultation will still end at the scheduled time. We recommend joining promptly to enjoy the full experience. At the same time, we’re here for you — if you expect a delay, please let us know. We’re all human, and we’ll do our best to adjust when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact us at info@dammos.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Please note:
• Items that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics with broken seals) cannot be returned.
• We follow Lithuanian regulations on remote purchases, allowing returns within 14 days of receipt except for products where the seal has been broken.
We understand that finding the perfect shade can be tricky. You can exchange a product for a different color or shade, in case if it has not been used or opened and is in its original packaging. Simply contact us at info@dammos.com within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong shade, you can return the product as long as it’s unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@dammos.com within 14 days to organize the return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products, including those tested for shade. To avoid this, we recommend contacting us for guidance before purchasing or visiting a store that stocks the product, if possible.
