Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy

1.1 General Provisions

  • Dammos strives to ensure a smooth shopping experience and allows customers to return products in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.2 Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
    Opened or damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective (e.g., changed consistency, unpleasant smell, or other quality issues).
    If the product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned even if the packaging has been opened.

1.3 How to Return a Product?

  1. Contact us via email at info@dammos.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
    After receiving confirmation, return the product within 14 days to the following address:

  1. Ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the customer returns an item due to a personal decision (e.g., changed their mind), the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
    If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, UAB Dammos studio covers the return shipping costs.

1.5 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
    The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
    If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–5 business days after the returned item is inspected.

1.6 Returns & the Loyalty Program

  • Adjustment of Loyalty Points: If a returned product was purchased using loyalty points, the corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your loyalty account. If the return is due to a defective item, the loyalty points will not be deducted
    Reinstating Loyalty Points for Returns: If the purchase was made using loyalty points and the item is returned, the equivalent amount of points will be reinstated to your loyalty account.

  1. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
    Product exchanges are allowed only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    If the product is defective or faulty, the return and refund process is free of charge.

2.2 Refund Timeline

  • Returned products are inspected within 3 business days of receipt.
    Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of inspection.
    If the returned product is defective, an immediate decision regarding compensation or replacement will be made.

2.3 Loyalty Program & Refunds

  • If a product was purchased using loyalty points, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly. If the product is returned, the equivalent points will be credited back to the loyalty account.
    If a purchase was eligible for a loyalty reward, and the product is later returned, the earned points for that purchase will be deducted from the account.

2.4 Gift Cards, Coupons

  • Validity: Gift coupons are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Usage: Can be used for any products or services available in our store
  • Flexibility: If purchase exceeds coupon value, pay the difference; if less, remaining credit stays valid until gift card expiry
  • Returns: Products purchased with gift coupons follow the same return policy as outlined in sections 1.2-1.5 above
  • Refund Policy: Gift coupons themselves are non-refundable once purchased, but products bought with them can be returned according to standard return conditions
  • 14-Day Right: Customers retain the 14-day withdrawal right for products purchased with gift coupons when bought online
  • Transferability: Unused gift coupons can be transferred to another person
  1. Consultation Services

3.1 Service Delivery

  • Consultation services are available both online (via Zoom) and in-person (at the agreed location)
  • Services are provided in pre-scheduled time slots
  • Important: Payment does not guarantee consultation confirmation – a final confirmation from the consultant is required after payment

3.2 Booking Process

  • Payment – Complete payment for your chosen service
  • Confirmation – Wait for consultant’s confirmation (usually within 24 hours)
  • Final Details – Receive meeting link (online) or location details (in-person)

3.3 Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling Limit: Up to 3 rebookings of your scheduled consultation are permitted at no additional cost
  • Required Notice: All changes must be requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Preferred Notice: We would be grateful if you could notify us 48+ hours in advance, as this allows other clients to book the same time slot
  • Additional Changes: 4th and subsequent time changes will incur an extra charge of 20% of the initial service price

3.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Available when cancelling with at least 24 hours notice
  • No Refund: No refund issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation
  • No-Show Policy: Failing to attend without prior notice is considered a completed service – no refund provided

3.5 Free Consultation Policy

  • Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-Show Consequence: Failing to attend a free consultation without notice will result in loss of eligibility for future free consultations

3.6 Gift Cards, Coupons

  • Validity: Gift coupons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Booking: Recipients can book consultations using the coupon code during the booking process
  • Rescheduling: Same rescheduling rules apply (up to 3 free changes with 24h notice)
  • Refund Policy: Gift coupons are non-refundable once purchased
  • Transferability: Gift coupons can be transferred to another person before first use
  • Partial Use: If consultation cost is less than coupon value, remaining credit stays valid until expiry
  • Extension: Coupon validity cannot be extended beyond the 12-month period

3.7 Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation request
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
