• Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

• Currently, we only ship orders within Lithuania.
  Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

1.2 Shipping Fees

• LP Express parcel terminals – standard shipping fees apply based on the size of the package.
  Free shipping is available for orders over €50.

1.3 Damaged Shipments

• If a delivered package appears visibly damaged or has been tampered with, please:
  Refuse to accept the package or take photos documenting the damage.
  Contact us immediately at info@dammos.com, providing photos and your order details.

1.4 Lost Shipments

• If a shipment is lost, we will contact the courier service to resolve the situation.
  In the meantime, we may send a replacement shipment, or if the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Payments can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas electronic banking services
• Credit Cards Visa/MasterCard
• Payments can be made in Euro currency.
• Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

2.2 Unpaid Orders

• Orders that remain unpaid or unconfirmed will be automatically canceled after 3 days.

2.4 Using Loyalty Points for Payments

• Accumulating Loyalty Points: Customers will accumulate loyalty points with each purchase, which can be redeemed for future orders. Details on points accumulation and redemption are outlined in the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

  Redeeming Loyalty Points: Collected loyalty points can be used as a payment method for purchases on our website. The value and redemption conditions are specified in the Loyalty Program Terms.

• Refunds for Loyalty Point Purchases: If a product purchased using loyalty points is returned, the corresponding points will be reinstated to the customer’s loyalty account.
